Refund policy
All returns require prior authorization and are subject to approval. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original invoice amount. To be eligible, products must be undamaged, fully functional, and returned with all components, including original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged / non-returnable items
Items with visible physical or water damage cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty terms, coverage periods, and conditions vary by manufacturer and will apply as stated by the original product manufacturer.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling or installation.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Returns
If you receive a product that is non-functional upon delivery:

Notify our Customer Support team within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.

We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to verify the claim and provide return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Upon approval, a replacement, credit, or refund will be issued based on manufacturer policy and stock availability.
